Daddy's birthday 2006

My dad was born in 1952 and in 2006, he celebrated his 54th birthday. This year, like every other year, the whole family will come together to do something for daddy while he takes his annual leave and need not do anything around the house. ^-^

With sister just back from her OBK trip and finally the family can be together again, naturally we planned to cook a lot of delicious food! And of cos, though I suck at cooking, I made myself useful too!

The kimbab that sis made..

though it looks less than perfect, it is actually absolutely yummy!!
p/s: I helped to roll the seaweed up.. haha..

After making kimbab, what better way than to try it out!
We are the first class tasters!

While sis made kimbab, mummy did all the REAL cooking. haha..
My favourite~ Brocolli with carrots and lean meat! YUMMY!

PRESENTING..... the banana split ice cream I made!!
With oreos too! Mouth watering eh?

And guess how tasty the kimbab is?
"Very tasty!"

All the food is ready! It's time to eat!
We have kimbab, curry chicken, fried brocolli and soup!
Let the birthday boy start eating first!

After dinner, dad opened up his presents~
Sis and I made dad a pop-up card. Spent a whole night doing it o~

And look at that!
Like a little boy happily opening up his birthday gift!

Ahh... Happy birthday daddy..
